Returns
Kuvings South Africa does not allow for returns once the product has been purchased, unless there is clear evidence that the product has a factory defect. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged otherwise, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. Please address the return to the address provided below.
Refunds
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Please note that the original postage charge is not refunded.
