MANGO GINGER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cm piece of fresh ginger (5g)
  • Handful baby spinach or spinach
  • 1 celery stick
  • 8-10 fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 fresh mango (medium) or 1 cup frozen mango

Method

Remove the blueberries and beet from your freezer and thaw for 30 minutes. Apply the sorbet strainer. Plug the Kuvings juicer in and switch on. Slowly add the berries, basil and beet. Use the pusher to press ingredients down. Once the fruit and beets moved through the juicer, add in moulds and freeze until set. Serve and enjoy! Serving size depend on the size of your ice lolly moulds.
