CREAMY PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 100ml steamed sweet pumpkin or butternut
  • 1 frozen banana (70g),
  • 200ml almond milk
  • Half a hand of almonds (optional)
  • 5ml honey (or to taste)

Method

Steam the sweet pumpkin or butternut until soft. Once cooled, add to the large Kuvings Nutri Blender jar. Defrost the frozen banana for 5 minutes, cut in slices and add along with the almond milk, almonds and honey. Turn on the Nutri Blender and let it run for 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour in a glass with a dash of cinnamon if desired. Perfect for heart-warming autumn day.
