RASPBERRY CITRUS JELLY
Ingredients
- 6 medium oranges (peeled)
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1 grapefruit (peeled)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup sugar (according to taste)
- 1 tsp agar agar (vegan)
Method
Slowly juice the oranges, lemon, grapefruit and the raspberries. Measure 1 1/2 cup of juice and pour in a sauce pan on medium heat. Stir in the sugar and agar agar. Simmer for 5 minutes, then let it cool for 10 minutes. Use to top over any creamy cheese tart (vegan or non-vegan) or pour in a small glass dish to serve as a jelly dessert.
Set for at least three hours in the fridge. Decorate with fresh fruit and serve!
