WOMEN POWER SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds for freshly made almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup Strawberries & raspberries (rinsed)

Method

Soak the almonds in water overnight. Drain them, and put them in the slow juicer, alternating with the water. The result is delicious, creamy almond milk. Add water to your liking if it’s too creamy. Put the strawberries and raspberries in the juicer and mix everything together. A delicious shake is created. This can be served with ice cubes in summer for a wonderful refreshing shake!
